Floral Pumpkin Arrangement

$16.00

Handcrafted, no-carve floral pumpkin arrangement all grown on our farm here in Shelby, NC. Our flowers were hand-picked, dried, and arranged on top of pumpkins that are especially dear to our hearts because they were grown by our youngest farmer, our son, Si. All parts, including moss, are biodegradable as well.

The white pumpkin is the variety: Casperita. The black pumpkin variety is: Black Bear (it is really a very dark green). Both are small pumpkins about 4-5 inches in diameter.

Floral pumpkins are pretty much maintenance free, but with a little care can last well into the season and even beyond. Here are a few tips to help keep your pumpkin looking beautiful for as long as possible:

Do NOT water flowers. They are dried flowers that will wilt with water or dew. I recommend keeping floral pumpkins indoors, but if you do decide to place them outside, bring them in overnight. With that, I would keep your pumpkin cool and dry, Avoid direct sunlight when possible. Pumpkins last longer in cool spaces and direct sunlight will fade florals quicker. If you choose to display your pumpkin on a wooden surface, I’d recommend placing something underneath so you don’t damage the surface if that would be a concern. That’s it! Enjoy your seasonal arrangement!
